30 minutes of cardio a day, with various minor weights thrown in here and there. eat healthy, don't smoke, and dive as much as i can.

makes for a happy guy so far.

Mine changes constantly, I really like to keep my body guessing and it helps me from getting bored with a workout. Sometimes I'll do stadiums for an hour with pull ups, push ups, and abs integrated in, go to a local trail and either bike for around 20 miles then work out or run for a few miles then work out (they have pull up bars at the start of the trail that helps). Other days I'll just go to the gym and lift, once I feel like I've covered all the muscle groups that I want I'll play some raquetball then follow that up with some laps in the pool.

I guess my fitness program consists of getting some activity at least once a day, and make sure I have fun while doing it.

ahh good ole cardio. I used to be on my high school's swimming and diving team. doing laps in the pool was fun cardio compared to other forms at the given time. I want to get into a club that has a pool so i can join in on the fun again.

I have been using Weight Watchers since December, to bring my weight down and get myself used to a healthier diet.

As far as exercise, I hit the treadmill 2-3 times a week for an hour long walk at a brisk speed. I also swim laps 3 times a week. I have a bad back so I also do my therapy exercises every morning.

Agreed! Winter, I'm at the gym 4days a week lifting and running.

Summer.... well summer is time to go play outside! And with my crazy shift right now, I can only make 2x a week to the gym.... so I go run on a couple of the other days.

I do lots of reps of arm lifting.
1 beer = about 10-12 arm lifts
12 beers = 120-144 arm lifts.
Don't forget to switch arms 50-70 lifts each!
Don't forget to stretch out good before workout!

I'm another Crossfitter. I like the variety, you never get bored! Plus, it seems to work everything. I started in the garage with not much equipment, but now work out at a Crossfit gym. The friendly competition prevents me from resting too long...
