Chat room? - Scuba Forum

Anyone else think it would be a great idea to have a chat room? Maybe just add a channel to an existing public IRC server, and have a java based irc client on the site? Just maybe?

We do have a chat function. At the top of the forum page there is a link called "Live Chat". Usually at least once a day you will find a pretty good sized group. Join in sometime!

so i just jumped into the chat room, and found i had no box to type in? couldn't figure out how to get the chat to work! i'll try it when i get home, but until then, any suggestions? user error?

never had an issue with it personally... box is bottom left, just checked it now.

ok, i see that it works on my laptop, but not on the campus computer i tried it on. any vista users have any problems? (school=vista, laptop=xp)
