OK - you may be right, I did lose the last contest, but I'm sticking with it.

Let's see, a new conversation ... your favorite dive site ... everyone should have at least one or two or three.

Mine ... Apo Island, RP. But I'm going to Indonesia in 5 weeks and based on reports from Travelnsj and Chinacat46, I may have a new one when I get back!

Well, I haven't started OFFICIALLY diving yet... we did a "intro to scuba" on our cruise last year in Cozumel and all three of us LOVED it. That water was SO awesome.

Cozumel is nice. I like the drift diving but oh there is so much more out there to discover. Enjoy MX, La Paz is nice too and a trip to the Cenotes is something to experience (I personnally don't have a desire to do it again, but would if the group wanted to). Once you get to Asia Pacific, granted it does take some financial planning, watch out! I got so tired of nudibranchs, among other things ... let's just say SPOILED. And loving it!!

Well, we also stopped in Belize and wanted very badly to go back... so that is what we are doing this Mardi Gras.

My favorite dive site so far has been the cenotes of mexico. They are the reason I am going for cavern cert next year.

Did you ever get your drysuit? Might be nice to have for Beaver Lake this Winter and I'm sure after you get settled in you'll want to dive again.
