No that was my sister Alison.

My wife (who is hearing impaired) always says when she takes out her hearing aids and off her glasses at night that she is going into "Helen Keller mode"! lol I imagine its much like that for her. Then I go and more the furniture on her......

how about some Helen Keller trivia, (WITHOUT using Google, etc).

who can answer these from memory of your 4th grade history class.

1.) Where was Helen Keller born?
2.) What was her home called?
3.) What was her teachers name?
4.) What was the first word she learned to 'sign' ?
5.) Where did she learn the word in the above
6.) What US Treasury currency is she on?

The first 5 questions were ones we learned in history class as a kid.

I used to bike to the dairy queen about 100 yards from her birthplace home when I was 7 to 10 years old.....Many years ago....Then we would bike through town & bike down the big hill to Spring Creek Park. The Hill seemed huge at the time and was a blast.....
