Trading Up for Charity
You may have heard about the guy that started with a red paperclip and traded up to a house. It's based on a kids game called 'Bigger or Better.'
Well, I have an 014 o-ring that I'd like to trade with you for something bigger or better. I'd like to stick to scuba related items will be open to anything. I'll keep trading until I get 'the house.' I'll sell it at auction and give the money from the auction to a charity in the name of the person that gave it to me. There choice of charity, too. Since shipping would bankrupt me, what I have in mind is a virtual trade to me and you ship the item to direct to the person that trades with me. Example: Someone trades me a mask for the o-ring. That person holds onto the mask until I someone trades a pair of fins for the mask. At that time, I'll send the first person the o-ring. When someone trades a tank for the fins, the first person will send the mask to the person with the fins, and so on... So, if you have something bigger or better, post it here and lets make a trade. |
