If I had 3 wishes from a genie I would wish for:

They must speak English, and any other language that may be useful, especially Yiddish.

2.Wish for 1 septillion that is (700 million billion) American dollars, that are completely legal and will not be treated as counterfeit by the government or law officials. Also a team to guard the money, and me. The money must stay when the Genie is gone, along with the guards. This money will be deposited into my bank account by the genie under a pseudonym that my team of lawyers will come up with (must comply with wish #3). This money shall contain no poisonous materials, and my health will not be affected in any way. Also this money will be no part anyone else's, and no one will be able to manipulate, spend, wither away, inflate, or otherwise dwindle it; aside from me.

3. A good alibi that everyone will believe, and that no one, not even my own lawyers; or any other team of lawyers or private investigators will doubt.

Yes I know goober already answered but... such an elaborate wish deserves an alternate ending.
all wishes granted...you are now a prisoner in your own home friends to only lawyers whom you must pay and you can never dive again because the bathtub is too shallow

You have a septillion American dollars but the world switches to the Antarctic snowflake as the basis for the world economy.
Your team will ultimately win the case but a zealous prosecutor gets all your accounts frozen during the very lengthy trial and multiple appeals.
Your money is in an account but you have forgotten the PIN to access it.

I wish for a good balance of rewarding work and fun leisure time, with the friends, energy, health and money to enjoy life

Not a problem, only the forum member that started this thread, works for the federal government. They found out you didn't play by the rules and decided to plant several kilos of a strange white powdery substance in your home. Thus allowing them to excercise asset forfiture and siezure laws against you.

Now you sit in an american maximum security federal prison eating steak and watching Oprah.
