Grin, I'm the one with the headache issues. I'm a water baby and breathe/move like I am in yoga class (slow and easy)when I am under the water. My air consumption is terrific and has been since the very first dive. And with my tanks (HP steel 100s) I sometimes come up with more than half of my air remaining.

So I am still left wondering about the headaches....

how much water do you drink???

thats a classic dehydration sign too... you should probably be doubling your water intake the night before and the day of diving...

I do drink a lot before, during, after. But I'll continue to pay attention to that. Good point.
