How to conect HP/LP hoses

I have just purchased a new octo and SPG.
How tight do these connections need to be?
Is there a certain amount to torque them down?
Is there a difference between Low and High pressure connection torque amounts?

Attaching:
Tusa ss-20 octo
Tusa DC SCA343

to a Tusa 3oo series first stage

In the Aries manual it says to tighten lines to 40 inch pounds on the first stage.

It's easy. Just tighten the hose by hand, then put a wrench on it and tighten a "smidgen" more. If you make more than a 1/4 turn with the wrench you probably went too tight.

As firediver said, hand tight then just a smidge more.
about an 1/8 inch turn, maybe a quarter turn.

+1. Hand tight plus a smidge. Very technical!
