Cressi BCD Deflator Sticking

I have a cressi aqua pro BCD and the deflator sicks open mostly when i orally inflate

Half the time, you're cheaper and faster just replacing the inflator end. They are only about 30 bucks, and fixing the old one will probably cost you that. There is just a simple valve and a few o-rings in there, so if you did want to tear it apart and look, you might find an o-ring that is seizing up... but just replacing the end is much easier.

Any dive shop that does in house repairs and maintainance should be able to fix that right up or replace it for you if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself.
