Where are you that you would need to send your reg out to be serviced? try your LDS First. Sending stuff out can get costly fast
I am in Germany and for what I am told from my friend that owns a dive shop in Spain there is not on single shop in EUROPE that can service Oceanic. He said it was great gear we would have to send it back to the US for service. We asked 4 dive shops around here just to be sure and they said the same thing Tom said. Besides for Americans living over here it is much cheaper to send it priority mail and wait out the month round trip for service than pay what they want in Euros.

I think ST is alway a good choice when customer service counts and reg service is definitely something you want done right.

I use ST for the annual service on my wife's and my regs. In fact, they are now on the way back here via UPS after the annual service. I have never had an issue after the service by ST. I box them up along with the service order and drop it off at the local UPS facility. For me it is more convenient than schlepping it to a not so near LDS where I have concerns about the service quality, anyway.

ST is cheaper and even faster than many LDS's, even with the turn around shipping.
