I'm building a new gun out of an old Voit trigger mechanism. Yes, I know it's old but it was my old mans gun and has sentimental value. Anyway, I'd like to make it into a woody and would like to find somewhere I can order some solid or laminate hard wood (mohagany or teak?) that I could machine into a new and inproved fish killin' machine. Any ideas?

Check for a local wood working shop or do a search online for exotic wood for furniture making.

Check out SpearBoard for ideas and pictures. There are many gun builds in progress. There may be someone in your area that is building a wood gun and knows the best place for teak.
