Talking catching a turbot -> is this true?

i heared a trick how to catch a turbot -> the fish can swim/ escape only forward so u can predict his speed and even catch it with a table fork

Sort of. Once they start swiming you are unlikely to catch them, but most flat fishes are relatively easy to spear while relying on camoflage to hide themselves. For flounder in New England I don't use a spear, just a large catch bag with a wide opening. My personal coice is not to spear at all - often you can get them to swim right into the bag. This lets me be very selective in my hunting with minimal injury to the fish.
FWIW, I find that 3 good size flounder make a meal for my family and on a good day I can trade up as I go along, taking only what I need. If it's a bad day and at the end of my dives I don't have enough, I simply release fish that have never even left the water.
Since you are talking about a fish that could be a meter in length and 25kgm, one medium size fish would no doubt be enough!

most Slovenians go in Croatia douring the summer; Slovene coast is 42km long, depth is max35m; the water in Croatia has 30m of visibility; few diving clubs; in Slovenia there are few wreks -> 1 of them is an italian passanger ship called "Rex" which was sank by the allies in ww2 - see picture below; about fresh water diving i dont know much but there are beautiful lakes/ rivers

What is a turbot. I would love to see a picture of one you have speared if you have one.

looks like you could come from behind with a spear gun and execute a sneak attack from 21 feet without the fish knowing what was going on.
