Best tip for a pole spear.

So I ordered my first pole spear from Ray Odor, it should be in the mail on its way. Now I want opinions on what tip I should order. I think I probably just want something like this JBL Tri cut Spinner Speargun Tip at Divers Direct - Scuba gear & equipment online dive catalog!, but I would like to know if anyone has an opinion on who makes the best ones, or if this one is ok.
