I saw Bobby Flay raving about these on Food Network. I definitely would love to go lobstering or after some stone crab claws. Now I have to see if I also can find a good spot to go to.

Love stone crab claws. We catch them in crab nets along with blue crab off Edisto Island all the time. Some of those little guys can be VERY strong.
