Question Texas Spearfishing ?
Have any of you TX divers ever encountered an Alligator Gar before on a FW dive ? I just seen them do a story on these huge Gar on "Monster Quest" and I think that I would rather tangle with a shark anyday !

i use to see alligator gar in lake ponchatrain in new orleans back when the late 70's

I have seen decent size gar in our local lake, but not in salt water.
