Thumbs up If looking to cert in UT I recommend...

My girlfriend and I just finished our open water certification in Salt Lake City, Ut and we highly recommend the instructor. We certified with Rick Strong (Scuba Rick - Utah Scuba Diving | PADI Certified Scuba Instruction, West Jordan - Utah Scuba Instructors, Scuba Diving in Utah).

He was super nice to work with, schedule was completely flexible, and had extremely reasonable pricing. Plus nice thing with pricing is he included everything (did not charge extra for books, dive planner, etc..).

Thanks to Rick our first venture into diving has been a good one.

Congratulations on the new cert. You're going to have a blast. on the other hand, after your first Caribbean trip, you're going to realize that diving in Utah sucks.

Have fun. Dive safe.
