I had the pleasure of my first ever visit to ST today, met Todd and wanted to say a hearty THANK YOU to ST for the warmth and genuine concern of your staffers. Todd fixed me up with a new Zeagle Brigade with a "one size base and other size shoulders" fittings along with a couple yellowthings and a few other odds'n'ends. Was nice to be treated like "how can we really help you" rather than "how can we get into your wallet". I appreciate it as I am sure others do as well, but wanted to vocalize my feelings here- was well worth the modest 40 minute drive to get there.

Todd helped my wife and I with our Reg/BC/Console purchases over the phone!! Sounded like a real pro, and was very helpful with sizing issues and a lot of silly newbie questions!!
