Thumbs up On the phone with Joe today

I called in for the first time to ST today and I got Joe that answered the phone. Although, I was a little nervous to talk to the "mighty Big Man" himself, he was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to chat with. I am excited to have my own account setup now, but I am afraid I might start going broke since I am now addicted to the ST website. I actually consider ST as the "Walmart" of the Diver's world--Everything under one roof.

Great job guys,

Kevin

p.s. I am so happy I didn't get Larry to pick up, Joe said he is a real jerk--lol (just kidding)

I happened to talk to Joe this morning as well! I was in the shop last night for the classroom session of my AOW class and left my purse behind. When I realized it later in the evening after getting home I was relieved that ScubaToys is where I left it. I knew it would be just fine. I have left my purse in a few pretty sketchy places (such as a cab in Washington D.C.) but the thought of leaving it as ScubaToys was a non-issue.

When I called I watched on the webcam as Joe tucked it safely in the office for me to pick up later in the day. Yet another reason from an endless list of why these guys are my only choice for a dive shop.

Love the webcam! Thanks Joe for taking care of me!

Hogwash! It's a bigger than life replica of Joe!

He's so big, even the 'above average' sized folk can fit inside the Joe replica outfit.

I have been on the webcam a bunch of times, and I have not seen a Bear moping the floors yet. Are you sure it was Joe?

I don't really think of Joe as a bear...more of a human/wookie cross with a pinch of Bill Engvall.

Surely you could have found a better analogy than 'Walmart' since Walmart is not exactly known for good customer service or quality merchandise!
