A short while back I ordered a couple of HP tanks that turned out to have some valve issues. I called Scubatoys and Joe sorted it out - no muss, no fuss. He didn't waste his time and didn't waste mine, just came up with a first proposal that was even better than I expected. Now that is customer service.
