The new forum looks pretty good...so far.

Your sub-forums are a bit limited. For example in the Photography section, I'd add a forum for gear discussions, technique discussions, and perhaps a UW Photography 101 section where rookies could ask beginner questions. Perhaps even get an experience mod to post regularly on the basics.
