Seriously, what other place gives you a credit even before returning a purchase?!

I bought an item a few weeks ago. I don't really need it and will be returning the item. In the interim I placed an order and Joe et al gave me a credit against the purchase even before sending the item back.

OK, I'm done here.

That's pretty impressive. I can't say I would be willing to do that.

They're pretty great. I had the opposite situation - I received my order before I even gave them a credit card number to pay for it! Now that's trust!

Now that is awesome I hear nothing but good about scuba toys. They are great people.
