ST Customer Service Too Good

I ordered a back pad for my Brigade, a reg bag, and a SCUBA tool. Well in true ST fashion they called to let me know that there would be a slight delay with part of the order, but it would go out later this week.. "No problem, thanks for the call to let me know, you guys are on the ball".

Fast forward to this morning, my wife calls me at work after seeing the ST number on the caller ID.

Wife: "Why did Scubatoys call last night?"
Me: "Uhhhh, I dunno"
W: "You didn't talk to them"
M: "Nope, missed the call"
W: "They were probably calling to see if we got our regualators back"
M: "Yep, that's probably it, those guys are always on the ball"

Apparently they tried the house before getting me on the cell phone..
Thanks guys, nice work..If you don't want me put on ST restriction, you may want to get my home number out of your file..

Is there really such a thing as the service being too good? Get used to it, I have had many great dealings with these guys.

haven't had any bad experienced yet, these guys are always oing what they can to make the customer happy

Doh! ST really does do things right. What kind of store builds a community, sells gear at a good price, brings together people needing/selling used gear? There's a reason ST is the only scubashop in my bookmarks.

Hiding the caller ID may prove to be a bit more difficult however

I could've cleared the caller id when I got home that night, I didn't even think about it..As they had reached me on my cell phone, and sent me an email.... Gotta give 'em credit, they stay on things for their customers until they are resolved.....You have to appreciate that..
