Talking Kudos to Thunder Reef

Just wanted to post a big kudos to my LDS, Thunder Reef. I took our regs (2 sets) to them on Friday for their annual service and got a receipt showing I'll owe $104 when I pick them up. Yes, that's only $52 per set for service!!

This is one time when ST can't beat my LDS price.

Um...ST charges $49.95 per set for service. Don't get me wrong, $52 is still a decent price but according to even my limited mathmatical skills that's about $2.05 less per reg in ST's favor.

Until you factor in shipping......which is about $18 for 2 sets for me.

True. But S&H isn't really part of the cost of the service. Just move to TX and you can drop them off with ST. LOL.
