Just called ST and ordered my Oxycheq Mach V Wing (yeah baby !!) , and SMB for my upcoming Keys Shipwreck extravaganza. Rick at ST took my call. He was very helpful - Offered the 10% off as soon as I mentioned I was on the ST Board, and was very cheerful and helpful, even after running back to the store-room a couple of times to check on various items for me (which was my fault for not giving him my whole order at once).
The Final price was great - Especially since I got to use my 250 Post Discount too!.

Congrats on the new purchases! I've been fighting hard to to dump loads of money on scuba since the dive season is starting up for me.

Do the other scubatoys staff post here too? or is it just Joe and Larry?

Interesting. Are all "ST-Forum Mod"s, in fact ST employees?

Only reason I ask, is because I see a lot of the staff get thanked for their customer service, but I never see any of them say "my pleasure."

Not that there's anything wrong with being humble or annon. I was just curious.

Actually, the only Mod that works at the shop is DDG, and she is just one day a week, every now and then. All the other mods are just folks that just want to help on on the forum.

Obviously, I love hearing about our guys getting praise for a job well done, and I'll put up a "Thanks to all who have posted such comments", but I also feel like me posting up after each one is kind of a self serving bump to the thread - and I was trying to avoid that connotation.

But since I started ScubaToys, our goal has always been do whatever we can to take care of the customer from a service standpoint, and it is a huge feeling of pride for me that our customers post such comments and refer their friends.
