You guys are great! After being a loyal customer for some time, I called down there to ask if there was any way I could get a "reduced rate" on shipping a "weight pouch thingy" since I lived just 1.5 hours away. I asked if you all could just put the thingy in an envelope and pop it in the mail... Well, (I cannot remember who did this for me) but he sent it to me free of shipping charges! WOW! How cool! It is acts of kindness like these that make me dive past several scuba shops to get to yours (and buy the SS1 integrated octo last weekend)!
