What do ya know..another happy ST customer

Just wanted to thank ST on a couple of fronts. First of all, they sold me a complete package of equipment a few weeks back at a great price.
Second, the package included a computer which unfortunately had a defect in the programming sequence and would not allow you to set the date, time, etc..
I sent it back to ST and asked if I would get a refund on the shipping costs, which ran a little under $20. Sure enough, Joe got on the phone and said (paraphrasing here) "no problem...it's not your fault we sent you something that didn't work". I tell ya, I'm so accustomed to poor customer service from most places nowadays that I expected to have a hard time with this request. I was almost shocked that a store treated me with such respect. I almost fell out of my chair.
Just like others have said before me.....it may be halfway across the country from my house but Scubatoys is officially this newly certified diver's LDS. Thanks again ST!!
