I emailed ST trying to get a price match on a regulator. I finally called to get an explanation and Wade helped me out. Although an attempt at humor by me did not go so well, Wade went above and beyond to get me a great price on the regulator I wanted.

Wade made a few phone calls while I listened to some great island tunes on hold. After several minutes he came back on the line and gave me the good news.

Thank you Wade for your patience and ST for the smoking deal.

Wade rocks! He is extremely helpful every time I go to the store, which is a lot more than I care to admit

Wade was great today telling me the BC I ordered will be delayed by a few days. I knew that from talking with Joe before I placed the order but he seemed genuinely apologetic. Great guy!

I got the same thing today on a wetsuit. He assured me it would be at my door before next friday. I totally have faith that it will indeed be here!
