Last year I bought a used Aeris Atmos II console from ScubaToys for my wife. We took it to Roatan and it worked beautifully. This summer we went to Cozumel and it died during the first dive. (This is why I had a backup computer!!!) When I looked at the back, it was obviously flooded. I contacted the guys at ScubaToys and they had me ship it to them. In less than 2 weeks I had a replacement sent to me at no charge.
This is great customer service and I very much appreciate everything that you do. But I also want to say that this is just one of several cases of great customer service that I have received from ScubaToys. I love doing business with you guys! BTW...we've got a new diver in our family - my daughter - and I've already introduced her to your site! Thanks again! Steve |
