ScubaToys = The Best Damned Online Store...Bar None!

Here's my experience...(short version)...

Last year I purchased a Dive Alert Plus from ScubaToys.com. Being somewhat of a newbie (then and still) I didn't realize that there are several variations in order to support various inflater connections.

My end of summer dive trips never happened so I never got the chance to use the Dive Alert. So this year I finally plan a trip to West Palm Beach. Before I leave I start checking my gear. I found the Dive Alert and attempted to connect it. Hmmmm.... How's this thing supposed to fit? A quick online search and I learned of my mistake.

I emailed ScubaToys and fully admitted my fault. I explained that the device had never seen water. I could only hope that Larry & Joe might offer a discount on a replacement. They didn't... They offered to completely REPLACE it with the right model.

I don't know if I'll ever get out to Texas but if I do the beers are on me!!! You guys ROCK!

By the way, it's been said that a happy customer tells one other person but an unhappy customer tells 10 people. Well, I may not have a large dive buddy pool but I know 10 to share my story with. (3 already know).

Thanks again, guys! (more orders to come)

That's why I'm headed there this afternoon to spend some more money! I turned a buddy on to them that works for a dive shop in another state and he's placed two orders this week already on stuff his shop doesn't carry. You just can't go wrong buying from them!

One of my dive buddies needs gear for him and his son. I told him ScubaToys.com. The LDSs here in the Atlanta area have dwindled down to nothing. I've purchased from severl online stores and now I have a home.

Indeed. Nearly all my scuba purchases are from ST.
Also a mandatory stop whenever I'm in Dallas.

We have purchased a few thousand dollars worth of toys from St and always have been treated way more than fair. I purchase with confidence and my wife is even supportive of ST purchases knowing we will not end up on the wrong end of a screw with Joe, Larry and Co. Can't say enough good things about them.

Agreed. You just can't beat the guys at Scubatoys. I live about 2 hours away but it is well worth the trip, besides it's kinda on my way to CSSP. So everytime I make a trip to Clear Springs it is pretty much a mandatory stop, even if I don't need something my wife wants to stop by and we always end up buying something.

I was in Dallas a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and her family but wasn't able to check it out. I wanted to go but only had a few days there, one of these days though!
