Thanks Joe!
I called the store today to find out about getting a dry snorkel, and Joe set me on the right track and saved me from buying a more expensive one that wasn't really "dry" at all. Also got my $10 gift certificate and 10% discount, which really helped alot.
This is one of the very few good examples of customer service that I've encountered since starting the whole diving adventure. Thanks Joe, and all you people at ST. Wish you had a store here in California!
