Aqualung - Great job!

I just had a fantastic customer service experience with Aqualung that I thought I would share:

I bought a 2009 ProQD BC back at the end of May... at the time I weighed 265lbs at 6'1" (250 now) - so we went with the sizing chart based on weight and ordered the XXL size. I had tried one on in the store, and found it very comfortable - so we ordered it. We tried it out in the pool, things felt fine.
When we went to Jamaica a week later I discovered that I just could not get the waist band/cumberbund tight enough, even after adjusting it as short as possible at the back adjustment points.
When we got back home I rechecked the sizes online, and found that the waist band's smallest "recommended" size was 10 inches bigger than my actual waist! I asked my LDS to try to get me a cumberbund from the "Large" size BC - and after a few months of issues getting it, I finally emailed Aqualung directly.

Initially I was told they did not have any spare parts for the 2009 ProQD in stock, and to check back in a month... I checked back after a month and they said "We still don't have any spares - but we'll get you one anyway." I just got confirmation that it is now in the mail and should arrive later this week!
I can't wait! Using it with the "too big" cumberbund hasn't been bad with my 7mm FJ and jacket, but it will be so much nicer when I can actually get it to fit "tight"!! We're diving next weekend, and it should be here just in time!
