Talking My head exploded right off my shoulders!!

Sent my dry glove rings (STI) back to ScubaToys with a note explaining that I had never been able to use them as my right hand was too big to fit thru the ring without just shoving the glove out. Asked if they would be kind enough to exchange them for XL rings. They sent me out an awesome set of Bare easy twist rings. Had no trouble setting them up and have three dives in with toasty warm dry hands.

Never have I seen better customer service. Can't say enough good things about the ST crew.

Thanks All so much!

PS. My wife asked if we could buy ST stock??? Well?

Now there's a good idea! Float ST and we can all become shareholders. The more we buy, the more we earn. As if we needed more motivation to buy dive gear

Well now, Larry was looking to expand the store. Had to shelve the plans due to economy meltdown

This could be that new source of capital he's been looking for.

Then, again, the profit margins are so thin in the scuba business, we wouldn't make much of a dividend (after paying for Larry's Mercedes, Joe's extravagant lifestyle, and the annual 20% pay raises for all employees)...all, of course, on the books as company "expenses" and "capital investments".

But, yep, ScubaToys' customer service is second to none.

I don't disagree, but I prefer the store to remain under the private control that has made it a a success in the first place. Do you really want ST to start being beholden to stockholders that want a better ROI, and demand they start cutting costs? Ugh.

Good point... if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Are Larry and Joe sure they can't get by with a second hand BMX for transport

It's not the float I'm worried about, in this market, but the bouyancy control.
