This email was really great because what I originally ordered was out of stock, and they told me it would be ready for shipment in a few days. So yesterday when I got this notice of shipment it was a nice surprise!!!

Another favorite for me was ST notifying me that they didn't have a particular item in stock so they wanted to know if it was OK if they sent me an upgraded item at no charge. Ummm... yea that's OK for me.
