My fiance is currently finishing up her open water certification. When it came time to choose a regulator for her, we called scubatoys and talked to Todd. This was my first order with scubatoys, but definatly will not be the last. Todd discussed different options with us for her regulator & computer and put together a package. He even swapped out the original hoses with the length hoses that she wanted for a minimal upcharge (the difference in cost of the hose itself to the original). Not only that, after giving exceptional prices in the first place he still took 10% off for being a scubaboard member. All in all, I can't say enough good things about the shopping experience I had with Todd. I look forward to doing business with scubatoys again.

I'll second the kudos to Todd! Of all of the times I've called with an order, I always welcomed the sound of his voice on the other end. He's courteous, prompt, and makes sure to keep in touch if there is any question or issues with the order. He's definitely a model of customer service within one of the best shops I've ever dealt with.
