Caring customer service...

Just want to say thanks for the customer service I received the other day from Scubatoys. Bruce, methinks, called and said they didn't have the slate I had ordered in black as on the website. Blues my color so it actually worked out better for me. I'm sure most internet outfits would have just shipped it out this time of year, no call, explanation or anything. I understand holiday rush, frayed nerves, excessive alcohol egg nog consumption...BIG THANK YOU TO SCUBATOYS for taking the time to take care of me.

Merry Christmas to all!!! Hellelujah!!! Holy Sh#*t! Where's the Tylenol?

I just got my christmas present-Brigade, arrived on time and as ordered ! Thank you Scubatoys. Also excellent choice in carriers, truth be told, I would not have had my wife buy my present through you if you used the other carrier !!! NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE. Thanks Scubatoys and thanks UPS for the timely delivery!!

My mother in law got me a compass from ST for Christmas. She said they were very nice and helpful on the phone, which is what my experience has been with them the when I have ordered from them in the past. I almost feel guilty when I buy from the LDS or LP, since the folks a ST are so good.
