LDS got it together!!!!

Hey guys and gals. I have posted twice about my LDS and the poor service I recieved there over the past year.... Well, I have to hand it to them this time. We all know the economy is slow this year, and I would venture a guess that LDS's are feeling the crunch more than most small businesses. I was driving to work last week when my cell phone rang. It was the owner of my LDS. He had offered to sell me a computer a few months ago, but his price was about $100 dollars to high, so I just told him I would wait a bit. Well, he was calling me to offer me the computer again, at a substancial discount. The price was so good that I turned around and went and bought it right away. Picked up a new Cochran EMC 116 Dive computer for under 350. I guess sometimes it pays to wait!!! But hats off to my LDS on this.

lucky for me i have not had a bad LDS experience, but they are a bit pricey, but they are great people too.

That's nice to hear. Your LDS keeps you in mind and calls you when a deal breaks. The ones around me don't even call when I tell them I want to pay for something.

Just like people, LDS come in good, bad or so-so. Dealt with all types. When they are good it is often taken for granted but when they suck, they really suck. The ones I hate are the ones that lie to you. I usually know when this happens and then I don't deal with them anymore. Glad you got a deal you are happy about.

You're probably talking about Scuba Sports, they are good and make deals for you if you ask.

I'm hoping to get a valve in today so I can assemble my doubles, if so I'll be at my LDS today as well.
