Thanks Guys

I have been using the internet for years to look up reviews and stuff and have noticed something. The greatest number of reviews are negative. It makes sense though, people who have bad experiences are frustrated and want to vent. Fewer of those who have good experiences feel the need to write a review. Most will gladly recommend the company to a friend but don't take the extra time to write a positive review. I feel the bad reviews represent a large number of people who have had bad experiences while the good reviews represent a very small number of the satisfied customers.

Exept for here: Either there are a lot of people here who are affilliated with ScubaToys OR ScubaToys has some extraordinary service to get the large number of compliments. I feel it's the latter. I am in no way affilliated with them and was refered to the site by e-mailing a manufacturer about their product.

My first order with ScubaToys was what I expected from a normal transaction with an online company. I order and a few days later I get my product. I did PM them with a few questions and received several replies within 24hrs. (not what I expected)

My second transaction was a simple phone call to talk to Joe about the thread of the month. All I had to do was verify my address and 2 days later I received the computer. I didn't even have to actually speak to Joe.

Neither of these dealings are spectacular but every time I have contacted them I have had excellent customer service EVEN when they weren't making any money off me.

Keep up the GREAT work guys. You have more than earned my business! (not just because of the free Computer) I recommend ScubaToys to every one of my dive friends. My LDS will still earn my business for fills, but I will get all my gear from here!

Thanks ScubaToys

I agree... Although I believe that ST provides customer service period. It seems this day and age that is an optional requirement.

Hard to find someone (other than another LDS owner) with anything bad to say about ScubaToys.
