The good, the bad and the ugly

My customer service story IS both sides of the coin.
I had ordered a new 3 mil from "Acme-scuba.com" for an upcoming trip to the carib. I informed them of my departure date and asked if they could guarantee delivery by then. "No problem, we'll have it there in plenty of time".
It gets down to 3-4 days and still no freakin' suit! I call 'em up to inquire as to when my suit was shipped, "Gee, it looks like your suit hasn't shipped, it's like, were moving our warehouse at the mo. and we can't really guarantee you'll have your suit". So I say "You're freakin' joking right?" Nope, they weren't joking.
I call Scubatoys, inform them of my problem, departure dates and etc. and ask if they can possibly get the suit to me in time for my dive trip. Absolutely, we'll get it to you. Oh, and the kicker, I told Joe I wasn't 100% sure of the size I needed. ""Not a problem, we'll send you BOTH sizes, just send back the one that doesn't fit. You've probably got enough to worry about right now, so just send it back when you get back from your trip".
I received both suits from ST the day before I left. My experience with ST continues to be exceptional and THAT'S why I'm a Scubatoys fan!

Have you any bad experiences turned good to share?

I had posted this on another page, but thought it deserved it's own thread.

Yep, that's why it just doesn't make sense to order from anywhere else

Isn't it funny how a lot of companies spend thousands of dollars trying to convince us that they are service oriented yet they exxentially waste that money as they don't deliver as advertised.

I must say I am totally impressed with the service that ST gives. Great job guys!!!!

That was great of them to send both and to trust someone to send one back. Ive never heard of anyone doing that. Great job to them.
