Another Great Scuba Toys Employee
I want to extend my thanks to Wade James. I called earlier today to ask about a refund on one of those "Pro Ear Masks" (absolutely worthless) and to ask several other questions about parts and products. Wade took the time to make sure I got good answers to all of my questions (fortunately they were the answers I was looking for). Wade took the time to also search out a specific part I had lost during a recent trip and get it out to me.
Hey Larry and Joe!!!! This one is a keeper Thanks again Wade! Mike

My husband had one of those Pro Ear masks and he really liked his. He was teaching a class and got an ear infection prior to the start of class. He bought the Pro Ear and it saved the class from being cancelled. Worked great for him, pool to lake, no problems.

I think I might have got a tiny rip in one of my ear drums when doing my open water dive early last year. Was decending on the line, went to equalize, heard a whine and then got a really bad case of vertigo. Held onto the line for a bit, reoriented myself them kept on trucking. My ear whined for a week or so, but haven't had any issues since. When I was going through MEPS when I joined the marines, the guy checking me over said he was surprised I could hear as good as I do since I have so much scar tissue on my eardrums.

Whoever that was...
I just called to ask about an order I palced Saturday...watching the web cam while I did it...
Whoever the young woman was that answered was right on top of my order, tracking number etc. in about 10 seconds. I've never purchased anything from you guys before, I live in Illinois, but everything I've experienced so far has been most impressive, including prices. You can expect more orders from me. And tell her, no, I'm not a web stalker. |
