Not that impressed !

After their server mixup / crash in handling a foreign country order i had to phone in my order on a Monday morning . I had my package by mid Tuesday afternoon . While the UPS shipping may seem high to Canada it is more then offset by the great savings / deals on their products . ( my LDS wanted $ 100.00 for a UK SL 6 light , ST price 27 bucks !! ) Why this does not impress me is that I have come to expect this great level of service from ST . What does impress me though is the willingness and speed in which they corrected a small item mixup and sent me out the correct items immediately ! Mistakes sometimes happen but i think this is a great example of what makes a store exceptional !

yeah 3 more weeks to Hawaii !

I'm not that impressed that you are going to Hawaii and I'm stuck here with no travel plans and that it has just started snowing out.

That's not only unimpressive, it's down right depressing. I don't think I like you.

I'll be in Cozumel next week too. The 18th, on a cruise.

Talk about depressing, I got back from a week on key largo where every day was sunny and in the 80s and now I'm back at school, where it was 13 this morning and all the paths are covered with ice.

I agree, what with selling my house to finance my MS in Oceanography, moving, school/work and general financial upheaval, all of my warm-water trips are a no-go for a while. Yet my brother (and you guys it seems) are off to Roataan, again!

well, have fun and Dive safe! Even if we can't!
