Question nitrox

do you know how old you have to be to take the nitrox course with padi or any other agency?

From: Enriched Air Diver Courses - Scuba Diving Nitrox - PADI Professional Association of Diving Instructors

Prerequisites:

To enroll in the PADI Enriched Air Diver course, you must

* Be 15 years or older
* Have a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization)

I recently read where the ICDP NWYA were trying to raise the age limit to 21 yrs and older for nitrox certs. I don't see why it would matter to them since they are non-sanctioned.
