What are the thoughts on this light and the ability to eliminate an extra piece of gear. Is the strobe feature comparable to a Tektite 200?
I was originally planning on purchasing a separate light and strobe until I saw this. These lights seem to be a crowd favorite, despite some lukewarm reviews, but not much is mentioned about the strobe/SOS features. Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks in advance! Charlotte |

When they work, they work well.
I've seen far too many reports of these lights actually failing to trust them. If you want a similar style, nice bright light that has been well reviewed, I'd look at the Dorcy first, followed by the Intova. |

I was just reading the threads on the Dorcy...looks like a great deal at $50 with the discount.
But the dorcy no longer fits in the Oxy III sock, right? I thought that would have been a great feature to use the Dorcy in the Oxy Sock. Most of what I have read echos your opinions. Damn. I was really thinking it might have been a way to have both a strobe and light in one. I will read up more on the Dorcy. Thank so much! Charlotte |

The only exception I've seen are these dive lights that they keep trying to make work. (Other than my Raider I rev 2, which has been flawless) What OxyCheq gear are you finding that has issues, other than their lights? |
