Princeton Tec Warranty
Pulled one of my shockwaves out of the closet and noticed it was half full of water and welded shut. Can't find the warranty card or paperwork - Is that a problem? Where do I send this little crapper back to; The website is no help...

Ways to contact PT directly are on their website, cleverly hidden under the "Contact Us" link. They'll replace it, their warranty is quite good. No receipt needed.
UK is the same way. Excellent warranty. Difference is, I haven't had to use UK's warranty, whereas I've needed PT's many times... Fill out their form or call them directly: Contact PT | Princeton Tec Last edited by CompuDude : 10-05-2009 at 12:43 AM. |
