Recommendations For Cheapo Lights
Looking for recommendations for some cheap lights. Want to get two and possibly tank light. Looking to spend about $100. I only dive around 60' and these will be used maybe five times before I replace them once I'm working again. Any ideas? Looking for 'Definately buy this' to 'I'd smack ya for havin' one o' those'.
Thanks ![]()

Tank light: The UK Tank Marker light ain't sexy, but the dang thing just keeps going and going. It's only $10, too... cheaper than 6 chem lights.
I'm a big fan of the Intova Compact Torch, $40 at B&H. Mostly as a recreational backup, but it's bright enough to use as a primary... may be more focused than you like, though. Just get whatever the biggest light you can swing from UK with the money you have left for a primary. (I'm not a big fan of Princeton Tec's longevity, although and their warranty is excellent, I'd rather not need it.) |

UK C4 is a great light. While I think LED is the future if your on a budget you can pick up the old school lamp one for about $35.
http://www.leisurepro.com/Prod/Categ...C4S.html?Hit=1 I would check with scubatoys too. It's not on their website but I am sure they have them. |

I just ordered this set in the LED version. I dove with it Saturday and it was nice and bright (the primary). |

I have a Princeton Tec Mini-wav LED 300 lumen. It's a bright 4C cell light that makes a good compact primary light.
