About 6 yrs ago I found a "new" OMS 10 watt HID cannister light on ebay. So I bought it from a "particular" seller. 3 weeks later I was still emailing him regarding it. It arrive broken so I refused delivery. And emailed and emailed and emailed. (You get the picture) Anyway I called my credit card company and it was taken care of. I was reinbused. I never did hear from the guy I bought the light from. I have brought lots of gear off ebay without any problem. Lesson learned: research ask questions. since then I've found 2 very good deco bottles, some valves etc. Check seller history!!
I still shop there, It's like a candy store!! SEMPER DEEP
