I was drinking a bottle of 7up (20oz) and read the bottle for a 1 cup serving there are 2.5 servings per bottle.
1 serving is 100 calories
whole bottle is 240 calories
where did the other 10 calories go if you drink the whole bottle?
1 serving (100 calorie) + 1 serving (100 calorie) + 1/2 serving (1/2*100=50 calorie)=250 calories total
my buddie looked at a mountan dew bottle 20oz
110 cal per serving 2.5 servings per bottle but if you drink the whole bottle there is 290 calories.
1 serving (110 calories) + 1 serving (110 calories) +1/2 serving(55 calories) = 275 calories

Where did the extra calories come from? are the calories going from the 7up bottles to the mountain dew bottles??
Can any one expain this to me with out uttering the phrase "We're from the government. We're here to help."

Just add 20 oz of Seagrams to the 20 oz 7up and you won't care anymore!

I applaud you for doing math this is a good thing.
However men DO NOT count calories. At least not the ones we take in We do watch the calories our wives take in because as I am reminded everyday We are pigs

The Extra calories come from the bottle. You are expected to consume the entire bottle of soda, including the cap. This not only ensures that you get your entire allotted caloric intake, but you also get your daily allowance of carcinogenic petroleum products.
