Don't Scare yo' Momma!
Ok, do not read the Confined Water Dive Review sections in your manual to your mom... she doesn't want her baby being hurt. I haven't even gotten to the Air Depletion/Alternate Air Source Combined excercise yet! So please, don't worry your mom... its just mean...

Absolutely! When talking to moms, spouses, parents, etc, it's best to emphasize safety, low-cost, and free fish.
"What's that second breathy thing for?" - "Just an extra..." "How much did that cost?" - "Not much; it was on sale..." "When will you be back? - "Soon." "Isn't that dangerous?" - "Would you rather I bought a dirt bike?" And so on... |

I just got really into diving this year and every time i head out i get the "be careful out there" from my mom. I think it kinda helped ease her nerves that i found a dive buddy that's an instructor, but i think now she's more at ease since i've gotten more dives in. Either way, mommas will always worry about their babies haha.

I solved most of the problems by not telling my mom what I was doing. When I was 16, duringthe summer, I did a night dive almost every night. She always thought I was working. Wasn't too happy when she finally found out. I had a buddy.....
