So does the U.S. Military. Keeps the docs in pratice. There are logical reasons for it other than the logical reason.

I used to know a female sailor that had some implants done.
I think her surgeon could have done a better job. I have seen better.
But that was in the eighties, maybe the proceedures have gotten better.

I can see it now...next election he's running against Joe the Plumber who is going on about all the things Obama got wrong. Obama flashes a smile and says one word..."HOOTERS!". Americans evrywhere are torn between voting for their concerns or for a nice set of headlights.

You know... some how I feel beter about my country paying for a set of "Cans" than a $2k hammer.

At least ther is something to show for it.....and it would help getting a job when you left the service.
