Man Laws

So my receptionist asks me one day, "Where can I go to find out all the Man Laws"? My response is that they are not written down, a real man just knows them. For example, Man Law 13 - No 2 men can go grocery shopping together or Man Law 7 - No matter what, once a female points to a parking spot, you cannot park there.

This got me thinking, why are they not written down? What do you think, can we generate a list?

Being a long time card carrying member in good standing, snagel is certainly aware of this. I would think that the list he is suggesting is purely for entertainment value and is not intended to be an accurate representation of actual man laws.

After all, if they were documented and thus cast in stone, vital functionality would be compromised (meaning we couldn't change them to suit whatever situation arises, now could we)!

So, my wife took a look at this thread and laughed. She is saying things like, see I told you so, you guys don't have any rules - you simply fly by the seat of your pants and make them up as you go. I guess I asked for it.....now I have to live with it or her.

We just don't write them down because lists are for chicks. Put a cattle farmer from out in the whoop-whoops of Central QLD, a factory worker from middle America and an office clerk from the suburbs in Southern England in a room. Within minutes, they'll have swapped jokes, have nicknames for each other and the conversation will have turned to either Sport, Beer or DIY.
This doesn't happen by accident, you know.
