South Park is great for situational comedy, Family Guy is geared more towards random slap-stick insta jokes.

My vote goes to Family Guy. It suits my ADD better.

Family Guy is different, irreverent and is destined to become a classic. Where else can you combine an Evil Monkey, Greased Up Deaf Guy and fighting a giant Chicken and have it last 6 seasons. Yeah, they canceled it twice, but they brought it back...
